I was really expecting more options to make it feel personal, but the customization felt bare-bones. The colors, styles, and little details were all super basic, so it didn’t really turn out the way I hoped. For what I paid, I feel like some kind of compensation or credit would be fair.

I didn’t feel super comfortable ordering from this site. There just weren’t enough trust signals for me, and I couldn’t find much clear info about the brand. Maybe it’s totally fine, but when you’re shopping online and you don’t get that confident feeling, you start second-guessing it. I ended up not buying because it felt a little too risky.

I had a solid experience with 7th Earth Studios. The first draft wasn’t quite what I had in mind, but the good part was that they were easy to work with and actually listened to my feedback. It took a few rounds to get things closer to what I needed, but they made the changes without making it feel like a hassle. The timeline could’ve been a little quicker, which is why I’d give 4 stars, but in the end the revision process was useful and helped me get a better final result.

My only small gripe is that the tracking didn’t update as often as I would’ve liked, so there were a couple times where I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Still, it was a reliable experience overall.

The item wasn’t exactly what I expected based on the listing. It wasn’t terrible, but it did look a bit different than described, so I felt kind of misled. I think other customers would appreciate clearer photos or a more accurate description before ordering.

The whole proof approval process was frustrating. The proofs came in late, and everything felt kind of disorganized. I had to keep chasing them for replies, which got old fast. Not planning to order again.
